Matthew’s first step to entering the food industry was the completion of an Associate Diploma of Applied Science (Food Technology) at Ultimo College. Commencing full-time TAFE in 1985, Matthew then studied part-time for the next three years while working in the food industry as a laboratory technician. Matthew has progressed to the top of his field, gaining ownership of The Food Company in 2004. A manufacturer of premium quality, long shelf-life condiments, The Food Company has tripled in turnover since Matthew’s take-over.
With his foundations at TAFE and his long term experience in the manufacture and supply of quality condiments to the food industry, Matthew is sure to continue to excel in the provision of quality food products in Australia.
