Lyndey is one of Australia’s most recognised food, wine and lifestyle personalities, with a media career spanning television, radio and print. She spent over 10 years as food director at a number of ACP publications, including founding associate food director of BBC Australian Good Food Magazine. She is also the longest-serving reviewer for the Good Food Guide. In addition, Lyndey has been president of the Australian Association of Food Professionals, founding chair of the Fine Food Committee, and sat on the Tourism NSW Food and Wine Advisory Committee for a decade.

Sydney Institute is proud to have Lyndey as co-founder and patron of innovative leadership program Tasting Success, a mentoring program for female chefs. Tasting Success was developed by the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet’s Office for Women’s Policy in partnership with Sydney Institute to provide support and encouragement to women venturing into the food industry.
