Francisnelli Bailoni dos Santos came to TAFE as an international student from Brazil in 1999, and by 2004 had completed diploma courses in apparel manufacturing, fashion design, textiles, clothing and footwear, and costume.

Her career has taken her from Brazil to Australia and now China. Following her studies at TAFE, she had a varied career in Sydney as a costumier working on productions from Madame Butterfly to The Lion King. She is now working for the world famous Cirque du Soleil in China, where she has progressed from senior wardrobe technician to her current role as lead wardrobe technician.
