Head teacher of Adult Basic Education at St George TAFE, Carol is also a professional oral historian. Dedicated to both her professions, she combines the two to create adult basic education resources based on oral testimony. This dedication has been recognised a number of times, seeing Carol awarded with the Westfield Premier’s History Scholarship for New South Wales for 2008, as well as a joint community grant for ABE resource development in 2010.
